How Long Does It Take?

Each piece of Wildflower Jewels Jewelry is hand crafted especially for you. Orders are confirmed within 24 hours and they usually take 2-3 weeks to complete. This does not include shipping time. We will notify you of your expected completion date and shipping date. Estimated times can vary during peak season or if special pearls or crystal colors need to be ordered.

Packaging

All jewelry comes in a beautiful, sheer organza bag, placed in a gift box with a gold or silver elastic tie. This is a lovely presentation for a bridal party.

Paper gift wrapping is also available for an additional $5.00 per item; please specify the occasion and text for note to be included.

Shipping

FREE Shipping for orders over $50 inside the United States and to US Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders under $100 are shipped USPS First Class which generally takes 4-6 days. Orders of $100 or more are delivered via USPS Insured Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 days. APO/FPO orders can take longer depending on where you are located.

International Delivery

“Wildflower Jewels” ships outside the continental United States. We do require an email or telephone confirmation from you prior to beginning your order. Your package will be sent via the United States Postal Service First Class Registered Mail (Typically around $12-$20 USD) and the shipping price will be added to your order. To ensure safety for the arrival of your purchase, you will be required to sign for your package. You will receive an email informing you of your exact shipping costs after you place your order. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties and tariffs.

*Other shipping arrangements can be made for Global Priority Mail. However, since there is no insurance available for this type of shipping, we are not responsible for your package once mailed.

Sales Tax

Deliveries within the State of California will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Guarantee

Every piece is personally crafted and carefully inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect, Wildflower Jewels will gladly to repair your piece free of charge. We reserve the right to examine the jewelry to determine the cause of damage. While Wildflower Jewelry is carefully crafted, we cannot take responsibility for damage due to either abuse or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy

Wildflower Jewels happily provides exchanges or returns within 14 days after receipt of your jewelry. Products should be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging. Exchanges and refunds will be credited minus original shipping costs, if any. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after your wedding date. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Measurements:

Necklaces are adjustable from 16" to 18" in length, unless otherwise stated. Please specify if you need a different length.

Bracelets are made to fit a 6.5" wrist, with the bracelet measuring 7.25" in length. Please specify if you need a shorter or longer length.
